My session with Sitka wasn’t just a massage it felt like a rejuvenating experience my body had been quietly asking for.

From the moment I got onto the warm, heated bed, I felt something inside me soften. There was a sense of safety, of being held in a space where I could finally let go.

Sitka has a gift and the way she blends Table Thai, Lomi Lomi, myofascial release, and Swedish techniques feels less like a sequence of modalities and more like a conversation between her hands and the deeper parts of me I didn’t even realize needed attention. Her touch carries intention grounded, intuitive, and deeply compassionate.

As she worked through the tension in my neck and shoulders, I could feel more than muscles releasing. It was as if old stress, old emotions, and old weight I’d been carrying quietly began to dissolve. There were moments where I felt waves of warmth move through me, like energy finally flowing where it had been stuck.

What moved me most was Sitka’s presence. She doesn’t just perform a service she holds space. She listens with her hands. She moves with a kind of awareness that makes the entire session feel amazing! I felt seen without speaking, understood without explaining.

I walked out of that room lighter in my body, clearer in my mind, and more aligned in my body. Sitka didn’t just help my neck and shoulders she helped me reconnect with myself. I find myself taking deep breaths and clearing my mind when she's breathing.
